Great service and attention to detail. Just had a mini split system installed and had a question a few days after the installation. The Team at Marshall Home Comfort Solutions is Awesome!! They offer Cost Effective Solutions whether you choose a repair, replacement or are doing new construction. They taught us a great deal before we replaced our 20 year old system. Our utility bills have never been lower & our comfort greater!! They are, without a doubt, the Best at what they do!!
I could not recommended Erik and/or this company enough. I’ve know him as long as I can remember and always have known him to be very professional and knowledgeable. He came to our house today and we had no running water. He was here not even 15 minutes and found the issue in our well and we had running water within the hour. Do not look elsewhere for service because this is the company to definitely go with!!!
Since installation Heat Pump had issues of leaking and compressor abnormal noise. After 7 years the unit failed to operate. I suspected the compressor failed. Contacted Marshall Mechanical explained the issue, the owner Eric Marshall came out the same day and confirmed the compressor had failed. Even though the warrantee had expired offered to replace the unit at no cost. Additionally, offered to bring out a window A/C unit due to the above normal hot weather.
