Without Chuck on my case, I would never have been able to resolve it - a case of a new car not supplied with the requested Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), despite the seller's repeated promises and claims to the contrary. I can't say enough great things about Chuck and Marshall Law Firm. I first left him a message on a Friday at 5PM and received a call back by 6PM...on a FRIDAY! He took his time to walk us through the entire process, was always prompt to reply to any questions we had (and I had a lot...) and helped get us to a resolution in less than a month.
