Dr Henry Marshall's office employees are unprofessional and they do not know what they are doing. I've been pt of Dr Marshall for ever 6 years. Recently I received bill for service that dated back in 2010. There was no way for me to check what was paid and since it happened 3 years ago .There was an outstanding bill from March 2012. They stated that I did not provide them with insurance card at the time of service. That is a big lie since on my statement I paid $25 co pay.
