This guy is so rude and not compassionate at all. He was very rough with me and inconsiderate. I was extremely nervous and he didn’t care. I’m in more pain now then when I went in wasn’t offered any sort of pain medicine after. I don’t need anything major just a higher dose of Tylenol. Will never ever go back.

First went in January as an emergency for my wisdom tooth, they got me in right away. I am terrified of the dentist and he was very patient with me and my hysteria. My tooth was out in seconds and I didn't even know he did it. I was just back yesterday for my other side. Still fearful but I knew he wasn't going to hurt me and was quick. Tooth again was out before I could think about it and not a single tear shed. He's very good!
I had a great experience. My dentist recommended him and I was not disappointed The office staff was wonderful. The doctor walked me through the extraction and it was much quicker then I thought it would be. Later that evening he called me to see how I was doing. Would recommend him to anyone.
I am not a huge fan of any dental work or anyone working in or near my mouth. I have not had any good experiences with dentists or dental associates until yesterday. Many of my friends and family recommended that I see Dr. Marshall for my tooth extraction. I will say that yesterday, Dr. Marshall restored my faith in dentistry. This man jabbed a metal tool in an abscess in my 7 year old's gums with no pain meds, then did it again with a pair of scissors. He then cut with the scissors while nurses at Akron Children's Hospital looked on horrified. All the while my son was crying and I was asking him to stop and manage his pain. He came back in the room and harshly told my son to get up and start moving his mouth around.
