Posting anonymously, but want Marshall to know we will never use you again. I have used this company routinely and never once have gotten back anything but dud reports. All they do is drive around, do lazy investigations, and check boxes and get paid. It is really bad when an adjuster finds more dirt on a person than an investigation service and asks us why information was not located that they found by mere googling a person. I contacted them only to understand how my information became connected to another Florida company with a similar name. That company later informed me that my information had been shared with them and that I was “referred” by this company, likely when I entered my contact information on this company’s website.
