The salesman, Chris, was very kind and helpful. I'd recommend Marshall Ford to anyone. It was done in a timely manner also. The service department personnel were efficient and fair too

Service coordinator was very friendly and kept me mostly updated on the status of my repairs. However my car was not completed when promised. They had my car 11 days for mostly minor work.
