I was very disappointed by the attitude I encountered when trying to schedule an appointment. I was told that my insurance plan “barely pays anything” and that new patients are no longer being accepted because of that, despite the fact that the insurance website still lists your office as accepting new patients. I would suggest updating your information with the insurance provider rather than placing blame on patients who are simply trying to access care through the plans available to them. Horrible staff and dentist! I called with a broken tooth which is an emergency and the receptionist told me they are completely booked! Yes got a broken tooth emergency I was told they can’t see me and to find some where else to go from the rude receptionist! Do not use this office and I will be reporting them as well.
This was my first dental visit with Dr. Marshall. I am so thankful I finally found a great dentist. He took his time with my check up & cleaning. Gave me tips on caring for my teeth. Thank You so much Dr. Marshall
