I have been a patient for 30 years and have always felt well taken care of in a timely and professional way. Nobody much likes going to the dentist, but the staff at W&W make it pleasant and painless.
I value the personal touch of Winslette and Walls. The receptionist greeted me by name. The hygienist even had a blanket waiting for me!!!!! Her area is always a little cold and she remembered my previous.
I went to my first appointment yesterday as a new patient here and I got in and out in less than an hour, every staff member I came into contact with were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the process. I will be back in 6 months!
I am so impressed with the staff at this office as well as the doctors. My husband and I are so glad we found them. They have great hours to work with anyone’s schedule- even available on Saturday. Quite different from lots of dental offices available only 4 days a week. They see you promptly and no long waits. If you are looking for a dentist this is the place to come.
I have had bad experience with dentists in the past. Before discovering Winslett & Walls I have always had great anxiety about getting dental work done. Dr. Winslett and his staff have taken all that anxiety away, with the compassionate attitude of all the staff and the great care they take with my teeth. My recent urgent visit for a badly broken tooth was no exception.
