I was introduced to W&W in a mini-emergency just before Christmas 2017. With two weeks of travel ahead of me, I developed a toothache that needed IMMEDIATE attention. I have been going to Winslett and Walls for 12 years and I have received over the top service every time from everyone. The customer service you get from the first phone call making an appointment to when you check out at the desk is nothing but excellence which fits they name perfectly. The staff is so friendly... everyone from the front desk staff, the dental assistants and hygienists, on up to the dentists. I never have to wait long, and it's easy to get in and out in a timely manner.
The xray machine did not work after four tries and I refused a 5th time. The person said it was new and she had never used it before. Staff need to be trained before operating an Xray machine on patients. She also toldme I would have to keep it together if she used the other machine because she had to go out if the room. I have no idea what she neant but I thought it was rude.i have every right to refuse a 5th try by an inexperienced person.
We have used this dental practice for 24 years. Although the faces have changed, the service, care and concern for our dental health remains the highest we have ever experienced. Being a former military family, we have had dentists all over the globe.
Staff and providers are top rate but would like to point out that maybe only two reminders of the appointment is enough. One 3 days out and the other by Phone text day of appointment 3 hours out. Thanks
Leigh and Valerie were pleasant, competent and professional in their roles. Dr. Winslett clearly explained the status of my dental health and made recommendations on how to improve my daily habits to maintain my good dental health. I left my appointment feeling confident I am in good hands at the Winslett & Walls dental practice.
