Poor restorative work on all family members. Poor insurance practices where write offs were not written off and the patient was charged. Totally different dentist from over 15 years is seeking him. He also allows assistants to have more of a say dentally even though he is the dentist. Found a new provider. Very sad to leave a once great practice.
I have acid reflux, they are very good with me, extremely patient. If you have a fear of dentist I suggest coming here.
I have been a patient of Dr. Marshall’s for 10 years. I have moved twice since then and continue to make the drive to his office passing the plethora of dental offices on 610 and route 1. He is calm and thorough. His staff is top notch. I’ve had a lot of work done, more than just cleanings and fillings, and I’ve come to trust his office to handle all my dental needs.
They care about their patients. They give you their undivided attention. They always have a neck pillow waiting for me because of my neck surgeries and a blanket as I get cold easily. Very coordinated. Staff works as a team.
