My newborn is just barely over 1 month old and we wanted to go to this place because of hearing good things from friends about one of the doctors. They won’t take our baby as a patient because it’s their policy that once a baby is seen by a different clinic they won’t accept them. Please change this policy. I’m sure I’m speaking for not just me and my wife but many locals here in marshall county. Thanks
I recently took my 11 year old daughter about a skin issue she was having. She has digestion problems with certain foods and her skin breaks out very badly. We saw a nurse practitioner that was extremely unkind to us and basically told her she just didn’t wash enough. She repeated it about 15 times to her as she sat there silent. My daughter has had severe depression since that visit and completely shut down. I have never experienced anyone so rude or unprofessional in my life. Very disappointed with the way things have gone with my newborn.
RecommendedDr Chupp is the best he listens to the child and the parent's. he's a good man and the staff is out standing at Guntersville office don't know about Boaz we use guntersville office but I'm sure the staff there is great too
My daughter has chronic costochondritis and Dr. Jones has been nothing but wonderful and sympathetic to what she is going through. He is always willing to listen and help you with any problems.
Everyone is always so nice, and they never fail at making sure my baby is taken care of!
We have been to 3 different pediatricians. I am beyond happy with Dr. Chupp and everyone at MCP! From our very first visit my 4 year who has been scared of doctors took right to him. Highly recommend them, sorry I didn't switch to them sooner!
Met Dr. Chupp for the first time yesterday. Great sense of humor, very honest, and truly wants the best for my son. So thankful!
