I had a new door installed and the “installers” left me a 1/2 inch opening at the top of my door. After several attempts to get it fixed, I was told that was just the way it would be. When rain blows, I get a wet carpet and we inside door. Won’t use them again because of their installers and the fact that I was treated rudely when I had to keep calling to get my door fixed
