I was seen at Marshall County Hospital for facial Burns caused from oxygen hose. I thought I had turn my oxygen off to smoke a cigarette I may have caused this burn myself but when I was seen by the er Dr he looked up my nose and found my throat also have COPD that's why I'm on oxygen. I got a shot tornado that I had to ask for and on top of that I got some cream they didn't even clean it up. Everyone was helpful, cheerful and professional. They treated me with great care and respect. I am very grateful for the outstanding care provided to me.
My experience with out patient schedulers and interaction with the lab to schedule an appointment was easy. Definitely would recommend going here.My interaction with April the sonographer was excellent at her job! Everyone involved in taking care of me should be recognized.
