I've been here and they were the only hospital to catch my Covid diagnosis when I had it at the beginning when Trump wasn't releasing tests for hospitals to test us but they said with the pneumonia I had that I definitely had it. I've had it 3 times total but that was the first time and I almost died. Marshall County Hospital saved my life!!!! I can't say enough good about that hospital and the staff!!! Always friendly excited they have new doctors within the facility and offer so much more than they used to as far as care etc.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hospital. The staff was very rude and didn’t even take the time to listen to what I had to say about my symptoms. The doctor fast talked me the whole time, like he was a salesman rather than a doctor, and the receptionist at the front was rude from the moment I spoke with her. I would never recommend going here.
2 hour wait for the ER at Marshall county is an absolute joke.
