Absolute worst hospital in the state of Kentucky. Caused me to lose my pinky. They were more concerned about getting my insurance to bill them than they were about me holding my hand together with a McDonalds napkin in the lobby. They then proceeded to throw my pinky away and dig it back out of the biohazard waste just to improperly package it for my hospital transfer which resulted in marshal county ER staff killing my pinky. I was seen at Marshall County Hospital for facial Burns caused from oxygen hose. I thought I had turn my oxygen off to smoke a cigarette I may have caused this burn myself but when I was seen by the er Dr he looked up my nose and found my throat also have COPD that's why I'm on oxygen. I got a shot tornado that I had to ask for and on top of that I got some cream they didn't even clean it up. Everyone was helpful, cheerful and professional. They treated me with great care and respect. I am very grateful for the outstanding care provided to me.
My experience with out patient schedulers and interaction with the lab to schedule an appointment was easy. Definitely would recommend going here.My interaction with April the sonographer was excellent at her job! Everyone involved in taking care of me should be recognized.
