We were new in town and looking for a Chiropractor. We found Dr. Marshall and have been very happy. She really cares about her patients! I love the family atmosphere of their practice and the monthly plan is THE BEST! Our family doesn't have to be at the mercy of insurance company limits. I can take care of my health according to what my body says it needs. I called several practices in town before I found Dr. Marshall. She is the only one I found who sets her practice up this way, and I love it!
Very professional and kind. We drive from Kingsport to see Dr. Marshall, because we trust her abilities. The monthly treatment plan is very affordable and let's us get back on track.
