Great shop. Oliver helped me out when my truck broke down.
Claim to have put a fuel sensor on my vehicle. The part is incorporated into the fuel pump, which John said that it didn’t need. Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful.
Marshall automotive is the best. I've been coming here for 20+ years. I trust John and his team of service guys. He's honest and straightforward. I live about 30 minutes away and won't hesitate to make the trip for all my automotive service needs.
I purchased a car on June 24 that needed a new radiator. Marshall Automotive had worked on the car previously, so the seller took it there for service. After installing the radiator, the shop said the vehicle also needed a new valve cover. From that point forward, the process was frustrating due to a lack of communication.
