I came in for a simple $70 inspection and paid $200+ in the end. “Jay” said that I needed inner and outer tire rods (driver side) in order to pass the inspection. Then overcharged me for parts and labor claiming that he didn’t know how much the labor was and deliberately increased the price for the parts, which were later verified to be incorrect! I will be reporting this business and requesting a refund for the difference immediately!
