Dr. Marsha K. Howerton seemed very uninterested in my birth experience. I had a natural birth and I had hoped my doctor would listen to my needs based on my birth plan. I had seen online that Ascension St. John practices team birth and honors the rights of their patients. Thankfully, my RN, Doula, and husband advocated for my needs regarding my birth plan.
