Dr. Havens performed a total knee replacement on my right knee Jan. 3, 2024. It went really well, and he is a very good doctor. I really like that he is friendly but business like.
He explains everything in a way that is easy to follow. He let's you see the images of scans so you can clearly see what is ailing you specifically and makes sure you truly understand how the problems occurred and what needs to happen for the body to heal. He takes his time with the patient as well listening to concerns and questions, providing thoughtful explanations while being quick in diagnosis and a treatment plan.
Dr. Copeland did a great job working with our son. He did an amazing job of explaining the procedure and what to expect. It put all of use at ease.
Everyone was very nice and the waiting room had good energy - not my first visit and I am always please with the thoroughness.
He listened to my concerns. Answered my questions and we made a plan for future care and follow up.
Dr Briggs takes time to go over xrays to show me what he did and what needs to happen over next couple of months.He listens to what i say and makes a plan of action that we both know and can acheive. It gives me hopre that he thinks that there is a very goid chance that i will be walking without any device by Christmas of 2024.
Kevin is a very professional P A. He’s explanation of my knee pain was very easy to understand. He showed me my x rays and explained completely. I am 84 he respected my age and did not make me feel like I was not able to understand. Kevin is a delightful young man, an is excellent at his job.
She made the test easy for me to understand and I felt at ease with her.
