They had a smooth sales personnel promising ease of dealing with insurance in case of a claim. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way. They were irresponsible, unhelpful and I had to make many follow ups during a very stressful time to get help on my claim.
They are very professional and helpful. Offer many solutions to issues and provide consistent communication!
I reached out and tried to get in contact, through several channels with a very important issue that needed dire addressing. No response!
