Terrible customer service. No one replies to emails or calls
Terrible service. They have purchased small insurance brokers and now, my broker, who I have been with for over 20 years has been sucked into this larger company. Customer service is completely impersonal for small businesses now. You get different people on the phone who don't know your company and what it does. It's a shame that consolidation produces such bad outcomes for customers.
Called went through prompts and kept going back to original prompt. If your going to have to go through prompts make sure they work
