This company might be fine, but one particular employee - Pat McInerney. Our experience was extremely disappointing, especially during what should be an exciting time for our family. We moved into the community and reached out to get our vehicle access cards. This is strictly in regard to a specific employee, not the management service as a whole. I have held off on writing this review for years, however today was the last straw. Pat is unbelievably rude and curt, in every single interaction I have had with this woman. She is simply mean and condescending. I have given her the benefit of the doubt in the past, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. Horrible management company. Property manager Noelle Salomon can't notice special meetings correctly, can't interpret a simple Florida Statute, mails out notices without including necessary documents, etc. I've filed multiple complaints with the department of professional regulations that are still pending.
