This is strictly in regard to a specific employee, not the management service as a whole. I have held off on writing this review for years, however today was the last straw. Pat is unbelievably rude and curt, in every single interaction I have had with this woman. She is simply mean and condescending. Very friendly staff.
Horrible management company. Property manager Noelle Salomon can't notice special meetings correctly, can't interpret a simple Florida Statute, mails out notices without including necessary documents, etc. I've filed multiple complaints with the department of professional regulations that are still pending.
Marsh Landing is such a wonderful attribute to have here in Jacksonville, but ESPECIALLY Hope! She's literally the coolest, most passionate, helpful lady I know. They are lucky to have her!
