I came back to acknowledge a very positive change in the treatment I’ve received in my past few interactions with the ML team - very impressed with the customer service levels now! I had written an earlier review about disappointing and frustrating interactions with Pat (more than one) BUT I have since had several interactions with her and she has been sweet as pie!! This company might be fine, but one particular employee - Pat McInerney. Our experience was extremely disappointing, especially during what should be an exciting time for our family. We moved into the community and reached out to get our vehicle access cards. The woman - Pat – that we dealt with at the office gave us incomplete instructions about the documentation required—mentioning items like our vehicle registration and ALTA statement, but without specifying the exact details or formats needed. This is strictly in regard to a specific employee, not the management service as a whole. I have held off on writing this review for years, however today was the last straw. Pat is unbelievably rude and curt, in every single interaction I have had with this woman. She is simply mean and condescending. I have given her the benefit of the doubt in the past, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day.
