Marsh Creek Apartments..... If I could leave zero stars I would. I see why the reviews are the way they are. Not only was my application denied within one day. I spoke to upper management Pam and still didn’t not receive a refund for my application fee and administration fee. Which is $215.00 up front. If you don’t get it, they keep your money. At first glance, the negative reviews should keep you away from this place. I have tried to rent at this apartment complex. My application was denied within a day due to them stating the rent to income was unsatisfactory and that my employment history was unsatisfactory or insufficient. If you don’t have all the paper work they need within one day they deny your application. It’s already bad enough that you have to put 215$ up front and it’s non refundable. Once you have paid that. I have been living at Marsh Creek for less than two months now. I have already experienced major pest problems, water damage to my bathroom ceiling from the upstairs neighbors bathroom. I currently have termites in one of my bedroom walls, bathroom and my kitchen wall. Pest control came out for 10 minutes and stated the termites were gone than maintenance came out and covered up the hole the termites made.
