Lindsay was incredibly helpful, quick responses and very polite and patient with me during my first home buying experience. Highly recommend!
Hideously poor communication... Plan for multiple hours for ANY phone call. Their automated phone menu is comical. Expect no email replies. The worst... And when you miraculously reach someone, they know it. Can't imagine how bad they might be if you ever faced a claim. Look elsewhere.

What a HORRIBLE company to deal with. I've tried 6 times to contact them at the phone number provided and nobody has EVER ONCE picked up the phone. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! It is unfortunate there is not a zero star rating
