absolutely awful. they think, because they have an app, you are being served. waiting on phone for an hour and a half listening to their terrible music is not getting an auto policy. do yourself a favour and find a smaller broker that wants your business.
Don’t answer the email nor phone
Really bad service, I got quote for $164 on Monday and when I am ask them to confirm it and send the paperwork’s on Friday, the guy again quoted me $176, and said that’s system and I can’t do anything, even I accept I got my paper with $201. It’s really very unfair. The company is not working like before, so many frauds,
If I could give zero stars I would. They don't answer their phones. On hold for hours. Then when I mailed them back a month in advance to cancel the policy they refused to cancel for my 89 year old Mother without sending them a copy of Power of Attorney or pay a penalty. Just the worst Insurance company!
