Try calling several times, no one picks up. Voice recorder mentions to dial 1 to be reached at kitchner location but it doesn't work and goes in loops.
Beware of their business practices. Adding to the review and lowering to 1 star. The rationale for the absurd 30% re-stocking fee was that “some people try to return fake breakers to the store”. This is not every customer’s issue. Having a return fee needs to be justified. A breaker is neither a special order item nor a labor intensive part to place back in the shelves. Take this review as feedback to improve your practice rather than becoming defensive.
