Toslyn was an excellent communicator and made the process of renting easy and efficient. I haven’t rented in years and this experience was so much better than 20 years ago! The house has been vacant for several months and they got it freshly cleaned upon move in, which was lovely. Rodney and Travis were able to come earlier than anticipated to take care of a few things that needed fixing on move in. We’ve been pleased with everything.
Joshua did an awesome job this weekend getting a busted waterheater replaced within shortest time while keeping me and the tenants informed. 5 stars!
