I had a horrible experience with Mars after my 1978 BMW got into a front end crash. They reluctantly agreed to work on the car only if I sourced all my own parts, saying that they never work on cars "this old" despite the fact that the other car being worked on each time I visited the shop was a late 60s Ford Bronco. Poor painters at this shop. Each time I went to check on my car in hopes to get it back I found mistakes. Dried paint drips marks running down my hood, off the roof, down both the rear bumper and front front bumper. They fixed some of these issues but they had my car for 9 months smh. Finally I was fed up and asked for my car back, there are still major paint drips on my front bumper. I should've got a refund. You’re better off taking your car to Maaco. Rito is a man i met years ago painting cars in the back of the ally. But now he moved up in to Mars body shop. I give him a 10 + because of his work he does.
I have come several times before and told to wait for Rico. Supposedly he was 5 mins away but each time I wait for over 30+ minutes and he still isn't there. Horrible service. Avoid this place.
Once they were done with the work, they also detailed the car inside and out, including the engine compartment.Mars Body Shop even checked the oil and saw that it was low so he added a quart before letting us go and advised my mom that it was due for a change.
