I've been following Marrow Fine on IG for a while now and when I came into some heirloom pieces that needed a rework, I knew they were the just the ones to do it. Marina met with me prior to the Tampa trunk show, answered my endless questions, and was so professional and kind throughout this process. Jillian and the team at Marrow were truly amazing. They helped me create the perfect engagement ring using my grandmother’s old jewelry, and the result was more beautiful than I could have imagined. From start to finish, they were so kind, patient, and thoughtful—especially since I had no idea what I was doing. They made the whole experience feel really special. Jeana was also wonderful in helping us choose our wedding band. I’m so grateful to the entire team!
What a beautiful store! Unique selection and designs, inviting and charming ambiance. Jeana was great. I liked this gorgeous opal/diamond/turquoise ring and then checked it online, it’s called The Mary Opal Ring - I think I need this namesake ring asap 😊
I can’t tell you what an amazing experience I had with Jeana! She really took her time to answer questions and talk me through different options and never once seemed like a bother. Her attention to customer service was top notch especially since we were working with a tight time frame. Highly recommend!
I wish I could give more stars. We had a truly phenomenal experience buying our wedding bands here and working with Jeana. She was incredibly helpful walking us through our options and had amazing experience and recommendations based on our styles and preferences. She truly went above and beyond and helped us figure out some of other wedding jewelry too!
