Mike went way above and beyond to sell my brother's mobile home after he had a stroke and needed to move to assisted living. I contacted Mike from out if state and he handled everything from cleaning the property to get it ready for sale to visiting my brother at Calusa Assisted Living for required signatures. I can't imagine any other realtor investing so much time and effort for such a low commission. Mike is living proof that there are compassionate, highly competent, caring people in the real estate business.
