Super complexe pour profiter de vacances en famille. Attention un peu bruyant près de la plus grosse piscine jusqu'a 22H. Les jeunes s'eclatent un peu trop pour des mi-vieux comme nous lol. Des personnes sont avec des boissons dans les piscines c'est pas ce que je prefere. Par contre le fait d'avoir plusieurs piscines disponibles permet d'aller vous ecarter un peu de la masse et de profiter de la piscine en famille. The Marriott Shadow Ridge-The Village I has definitely gone down hill and can care less about taking care of their rooms. Our first room had poop on the toilet seat, a brown substance on the freshly made bed, red splatter (looks like blood) on the walls and curtains and dozens of insects. We asked for a room change as our room was filthy. Our second room had a long time water leak from the dishwasher. Worst experience ever. We were there for only 3 nights and we got 3 rooms. First room wasn’t cleaned, had blood splatter all over the walls and bugs everywhere. Second room had a long time water leak which resulted in black mold and mushrooms coming out of the carpet. Photos will be added. Marriott and Bonvoy couldn’t care less. The pools weren’t even that nice. Trying the competitors next time for sure. This place didn’t even give us a genuine “sorry” for causing a serious health risk to our family.
