We are Mvc owners at grand vista- there is no where I would rather stay!!! This is our home away from home!! 2 weeks this year still did not seem enough!! Big thanks to Ethan and Sergio for making everything work!!!

Drove from NY to this place. we always stay here and this time it's the worst experience ever. Checked in and on duty manager: Hurley and front desk manager: Ch'koia basically told me to go "F" my self. They messed up my rooms settings (3 bedroom Villa) they also messed up my cousins room settings (2 bedroom Villa) and on top of this they tried to sell me an extra room because they gave me ONE less bed in my room by mistake. Management won't help RUDE And Very Disrespectful. Bathroom stinks badly. No Cell Phone service. AT&T... read more
