Too notch resort. So much that we bought a time share here last year and came back for a stay.

Been here 4 days with a screwed up account that is frustrating and embarassing. No one seems to fix the issue or even really try. We brought 8 families for a vacation and this has us questioning our decision. 4 days left and I’m now stopping charging things to avoid the hassle.

After spending 25+ years at Grande Ocean in Hilton Head we came here for a Disney trip. They really need to take some organization lessons from their counterpart. They have no restrictions on vehicles directly outside villas leaving NO parking for anyone after 11pm. This is the second night in a row I had to park illegally after trying the 7 buildings down from ours.
