They don’t care about owners or guests. Waiting 3 days for a manager to call me back. Excuse is they are always on the phone.

Beautiful resort and convenient location, however disappointed in our overall stay and lack of customer service. Very difficult to get in contact with front desk and housekeeping. Long wait times to speak to anybody - up to 30 minutes at times. Weeks prior to check in, I had requested a crib for my son. At check in, I was assured that a crib would be delivered “within minutes” (it was late and my 1 year old was exhausted from traveling). It took almost 90 minutes for a crib to be delivered. gorgeous place to stay. we had a kitchen and bought food, but the resort provided soaps for dishes and the washing machine. tennis courts are lovely as are the pools. comfy beds with delicious pillows, too.

The place is beautiful. It has so many different Pool and activities to do or just relax and enjoy the surrounding. The staff is amazing and super nice.
