Enjoyed the suite, quiet, great view from the balcony. Even with the Bistro closed due to Covid-19 the store had food and wine.
Poor customer service After I reported blood on my mattress On the let out couch Wasn’t offer a different room Or for the mattress to be removed
They don't offer free breakfast like the others do just so you know. There food is expensive as well. The room are very nice and views are amazing if you are facing the beach. Beach access from pool area which is nice. If you have a membership card watch to see if they give you your points because they didnt give me any at all.
Hands down the best customer service ever ! John in Customer service get an A+ from me .. He went beyond his job description to make sure I was satisfied.. Thank you again Sheraton hotel staff .. You rock !

As I know it is a tough time for everyone in America right now, it's sad that a hotel refuses to give full refunds during the Covid19 pandemic. No you're right I didn't pay extra for cancellations when I booked my stay 6 months prior to the event I was attending being booked because I had no intention of cancelling my stay when I booked.
