We are in Villa I. The bar stools are ripped, the couch fabric smells, the hydrator in the fridge is broken. We reported this and pictures were taken. Very disappointed with the up, especially with the fees we pay.

This was my first stay and visit to Palm Desert. Loved the Marriott Desert Springs Villa's...the condos very spacious,comfortable. Love the views.
