Absolutely terrible customer service. We waited nearly four hours for our room to be ready. During that time, I called and used the chat several times, but no one responded. I stopped by the front desk and was first told it would take another 40 minutes, then another 50 minutes. After that, we received no further update. When I called again, Martha told me she had forgotten to respond to my calls and chat messages because she was busy. We booked the villa with 2 bedrooms. Large appartment. Really cozy. Got all you need. Location a bit off, but didnt matter as we had a rental. Would staybhere again if coming back to Miami.
We stay here few times before our cruise, and the location, service and staff where fabulous
Stayed in a 2-bed apartment as a family of four for five nights. We've stayed at many similar places across the US and Asia and this is a good one. High standard of cleanliness, friendly customer service, fun pool, with ping pong and pool table outside. Easy travel to Miami (approx 15 miles) and MIA is very close. On the edge of the Everglades and we travelled to the Keys from here too. All in all a great base to spend time with the family and to explore further afield.
