We had an incredible experience with Laura Kennedy. She gave exceptional customer service after having a bad experience with other lodging. She really went above and beyond.
I have 3 stars because of the sucky wifi. Should give 2 stars. Definitely finding a different hotel next time and bonvoy member. Another thing, the $30 fee you have to spend at the hotel. $500 a night isn't enough for these guys?
Went for a bachelorette weekend, room was great & so was staff, we really liked the water machine with different flavors in the lobby, and big shout out to Jimmy made us feel welcomed & helped us with our luggage & parking.
