We stayed at the Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa to celebrate our anniversary and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. At breakfast at MainSail — the hotel’s on-site Marriott restaurant — my partner politely asked if breakfast was complimentary before being seated. Great location, great staff, great place to stay in Newport
Writing a one star review because they directed their guests to park in public parking garage during the blizzard of 2026 instead of allowing guests to use their parking garage which had ample space (there was a picture floating around on social media). Pretty lame. It’s one thing to not allow the public to use private property but it’s another to point guests towards an already busy public parking when the hotel has ample parking DURING A BLIZZARD.
