Laura Kennedy was awesome! I screwed up my reservation and she saved me a big headache and fixed everything for me. She really went above and beyond to help me out. The place is great too! The rooms were very clean and the location is excellent.
this is a great place to stay in Newport. Definitely looking forward to returning to this location.
They were not clean. The tub had hair inside. The person who picked up my call at first was unprofessional and argumentative straight. The shampoo they use burned our eyes. Very low service to be considered luxurious.
Unbeatable place! It's right on the bay. It's walking distance to the (tourist) center of town. There's ample parking, and the size of the place makes it feel more cozy and intimate. Our room was clean, smell free, tidy, and fully furnished for our necessities. Access in and out was convenient. We always choose this place when we come to Roger Williams.
