An extremely disappointing stay which left us both feeling totally taken advantage of ( apart from a couple of reception staff who attempted to appease and the chambermaids who, although not well trained, were always friendly) It took nearly five hours to get us a room! Common areas were all shabby, worn and torn leather on all setees….could rant on but, bottom line, one of the worst hotels and least value for money I’ve experienced in all my travels over the last 50 years!
Girls trip! July 6-8 Yvette, thank you so much for taking such great care of us. It was a little rainy, but we still had the best time! Can’t thank you enough! The entire hotel staff was fantastic; everyone we met was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and are already eagerly looking forward to our next visit.
Unlike other posts here, I did not find the front desk employees all that welcoming, which is completely different than I expected. It was disappointing honestly. There waa zero apprection for my business and I spent over $1,100 for two nights.
Worst lounge ever, good location but doesn’t worth the price, USA Marriott you have to improve you are ridiculous
