However, the overall experience fell short due to a noticeable lack of warmth and customer service. The staff interactions felt impersonal and indifferent, which impacted the comfort of the stay. Amazing hotel. Rooms are spectacular, lobby is relaxing with plants and fountains, staff is kind. Free water machine is great
