Reserved a room 4 weeks in advance, when I got there I was informed that the hotel overbook the day and my room was cancelled, no warning in advance and they did not have a room available for me. Will never use this company ever again, they are not reliable.

Almost everything about this hotel was great. The staff were wonderful, and my 15th-floor room had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, after the first night I developed several very itchy bites on my legs and arm. The linens were changed, but I woke up with more bites after the second night. They are still warm, swollen, and extremely itchy. I honestly did not want to leave a negative review, but I had high expectations for this Marriott.
