Expensive but good service and clean rooms
I live only a three-minute walk from the Marriott Irvine Spectrum, but my experience with a valet attendant named Zain was completely unacceptable. My wife and I stopped by for one quick drink. Instead of welcoming us, Zain rudely motioned for my wife to get out of the car without even opening her door. He then claimed there was no parking and demanded that I pay him $50 personally to leave my car there, on top of the regular valet fee.
