We had such a wonderful experience at the Marriott Irvine Spectrum. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Daniel greeted us warmly and was kind enough to check us in early, which we really appreciated after our travels. Aiden, the valet, was gracious—he allowed us to park our own car without any hesitation or inconvenience, which made things so much easier for us. The staff here is horribly rude. Particularly a lady named Amanda at front desk. She is extremely rude and unaccommodating. People like her have no business being in hospitality.
Very modern and clean room but the walls are paper thin and there’s no black out blinds which is insane to me in a hotel.
