I’m at the Marriott North weekly and have been for almost a year, and the service is always top notch. Nick at the front desk is phenomenal. He goes above and beyond every single time and greets me with genuine friendliness. Lauren in the concierge lounge is a pleasure to be around and always takes extra effort to make sure I have everything I need. $340.00 plus tax?? What a joke
My daughter left her toiletries bag in the bathroom and we called immediately to report it. The housekeeping never responded even after multiple attempts at emails and calls. We were very disappointed in their service and the fact that our bag was taken.
