The Staff is super friendly, Although Valet Park is the only option, you can just text 10 minutes earlier, This was our 3rd time at the resort, There are multiple bedroom residences, and some of them can even be combined to make another grand residence, which is a must have when you're going with Friends and families where you can stay, cook & have great times together. We had the most amazing week here! Not only was our room fabulous, comfy, cozy and clean, all the staff were great! The main reason our stay was so great was because of the activity coordinator Lindsey! She went above and beyond for us and made us feel like family!! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and fun, we were bummed we didn't get to see her the last day of our trip to say thank you! Thanks Lindsey, we will come back soon!

We went here for our anniversary. I just hope that parking should be free. Specially if your spending 3 nights here 🤔
While on this resort hotel our room is way up to the other way around, according ng to the front desk there is only one elevator that will not take us there far away and to think it is for the special needs, but, the ambience are ok and the food 🥘 stores and some boutique are just around. Customer and valet service ok, hope they could find some ways with person with disabilities
