Very nice hotel. Clean and updated. The staff are attentive and very welcoming. I would definitely return.
Service desk staff... no sense of urgency. Food service extremely slow. Unresponsive team. Poorly managed. It starts at the top.
Great room and location......but.... Happy hour times don't match menu in room, restaurant menu does not match one posted online and items on the menu in restaurant not available. I was told all of these were due to it being the "off season," and it appeared there were no plans to update any of the menus to reflect what was currently available. So I guess you're not a priority if you stay here in February.

Great room facing the bay, good food for room service. The spa was very nice although a little pricey. The staff was extremely friendly.

It was wonderful very relaxing! Food was delicious! Thank you! Something helpful would have been to have had a menu of resort features available and times spa was open, how to rent the bikes etc. I could have asked, but having in the room to flip through would have been great!

Watch your credit card!!! We were over charged multiple times while staying at this hotel, charges upwards of $500. As well as another surprise charge 2 weeks after returning home. When we contacted the reception no one seemed to be able to explain why these charges we're made. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you plan on spending multiple hours on the phone trying to sort out charges to your credit card that are not supposed to be there! We are still trying to sort ours out 2 weeks after our vacation!
