Hotel was ok, to big to have everything centered around the middle in my opinion and rooms felt rather old. The pool was great except for their water slides are for older kids, the life guards made my daughter cry for being 1cm to short to ride and the wait staff at the pool wouldn't come around for hours. Probably won't stay here again
I was there for a wedding and everything was so beautiful and the food was amazing

Family time at the BIG pool... was great. High Velocity restaurant was super... staff accommodated all 13 of us... and we were not rushed through dinner.
Bueno pero le falta alguna recreacion nocturna,alguna disco o club nocturno
The shuttles were crazy busy. The drivers were nice, but we were made late while waiting for another shuttle. The food was awesome, but when we went to leave the parking garage, it was the most difficult experience ever. Will never go there again if we can help it.
It's simply amazing and wonderful experience. Has so much everyone to do kids and adults! Pool side bar,a lot of pools,splash pads,gift shops and restaurants and snack shops,and shuttles to drive you to and from. You really don't even half to leave!
Overall hotel was very nice, helpful staff, especially rob at the lobby bar. Room were nice size and well appointed. Valet parking was awful! Waited 55 minutes to get my car, no apologies from valet staff, and they still charged me $35 a gay for parking!
