poorly built with no support to follow up with concerns, should have taken heed to surrounding families warnings. it's been a year ands my floors are bulking in a room we're don't even go into often, and I have a hole in my wall had been there since construction ands closing! dont do it!
I love the custom option that Marrick homes offer.
Great homes in Southern Maryland, Great communities & locations in Calvert County!
We've had one problem after another with our home. Most recently we had to re-tile our entire master bath because of an improperly installed shower pan. We've owned the house for 3 years and two out of the three we've had to have someone come out to re-attach pieces of siding that had come off. This is just the tip of the iceberg. The people are very, very friendly. The craftsmanship, not so much.
