Just recently moved out of a Marr Management home after over two years of renting through them. They are by far the least responsive and most unprofessional agency we've ever dealt with. Diane is useless as a representative and her staff follows her lead. It is very rare to ever receive a return phone call from them and after 8 months of calls, messages and even submitting an online maintenance request regarding a damaged tree during last winter's storms, it had yet to be removed when we moved out. I am a customer looking for a home and when your told(and read) the home is clean and move in ready it should be. I went to look at a home and found so much wrong with the property and DIANE MARR was not at all helpful. In fact she was so rude, so UNPROFESSIONAL that I filed a complaint with the BBB. This was by far the most humiliated I have ever been. We have leased and rented for years with all deposits fully returned. And I wouldn't rent this home to anyone in the state it was in. They don't return phone calls as one has stated already. We had a very bad leak in the roof, called them right away. They decided to wait for three days to send someone out. finally they sent our money orders for the rent back with the word void on them and told us to leave. This is a great company. The owners of the home did a walkthru shortly after we moved in and were upset to see there were several things wrong with the place that had not been fixed for quite some time. I explained everything up front with the property management company, advised of our poor credit, back ground ect.. I told her everything and let her know that unless there was a good chance we would be able to rent from her that we would not want to gamble $80.00 app fee on a rental. Marr advised that unless there was anything else I hadn't advised her of she would put us in as 1st on a rental application for a place.
