Ron is very casual. If you pay rent and don’t cause problems you will find him to be an incredible land lord. Very easy-going and if you need something you just have to call. Just be a descent tenant and he won’t ever contact you. Good experience.
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Ron is a complete jerk. He was so disrespectful that I felt a physical fight was going to transpire. I can honestly say I never knew what it was to hate somebody so intensely until I met Ron Marr. Oh and he literally stoled my deposit.
