Current Resident: Pros: Great area. Very walkable, safe. Units were refurbished so older reviews don't reflect the updated apartments. Great neighbors. Cons: Internet included in rent but can be very unreliable and mgmt often is slow to respond. As someone who works from home, this causes a lot of difficulty. No amenities Incorrect billing on gas meters Little parking directly by property. First and foremost I want to say that the one star review has nothing to do with the people or the apartments themselves however I now have a broken phone I was delivering a favor here the walkway is not lit very well and I broke my phone on the way up I tripped I have glasses I can't see very well so now I'm stuck broken phone and that's my money
