First of all, the woman who owns this business and provides the resume services is very friendly and professional, She seemed to really listen to what I was looking for in a cover letter and a resume. However, the final product was not a quality product, and was certainly not worth the money paid. To be fair, she did ask for feedback before it was completed, but for the amount of money charged, I felt she could have done a better job.
