I was a resident in Marquis Plaza Regency for just under three weeks. If you must be in a skilled nursing home in the Las Vegas area and if you can choose the one you are to be assigned to, I strongly recommend this one for yourself or your loved ones. Without any exceptions what so ever, each and every staff member was far above and beyond my expectations and my hopes in their professionalism, graciousiness, and ceerfullness every day and every time I interacted with them! My mom just spent 2 months here - the nursing staff is fantastic also everyone is very friendly and very nice - for me this place was much better than the last place she stayed - highly recommended

I just got here this evening from the hospital after knee replacement surgery. I have been waiting over 2 hours for pain meds and hear all kinds of excuses as to why the nurse hasn't even come in! Great first impressions! Not!! This is really really ridiculous!! Being a retired nurse, I know that the have an emergency box where they can get the med from.
