The floor nurses are amazing and the CNA's were just as amazing. Attentive, friendly and as helpful as they can be, considering they are understaffed. I believe they need 2 more extra CNA's per hallway. When you only have 1 or 2 and there are 4 call lights on, the residents have to sometimes wait way to long for assistance. Also shout out to Melanie and her PT staff! Thank you Marquis for taking care of mom and getting her started on the road to recovery.
Clean and beautiful. Wonderful and friendly staff. Good food. My parent received excellent care.
My 93 year old mom was transferred to Marquis - Cheyenne after a stay in the hospital. During her month stay for rehab, she was provided excellent care. The communication and updates we received from the social worker, case manager, director of PT, nursing staff and food services director was extraordinary.
The caregivers at Marquis Plaza Regency were great. They were kind, compassionate, and professional. The doctor made decisions without seeing or talking to my dad. The discharge planning was terrible. My 92 year old mom was expected to find a care facility for dad after discharge and several mistakes were made on the discharge papers.
Terrible facility the staff specifically the nurses and CNAs walks around with a nasty attitude barely wanting to help or do their job. Residents are not attended to as often and it’s an overall toxic workplace!
