This place is the worst!! They sent my mother home with feces all over herself!! She caught CDif there which is highly contagious and still had her go to therapy and another daughter was not happy when she found out because they were all touching the same things they used without gloves. They also let my mother starve for 5 days, yes she pulled out the IV’s however if they would have given her something for anxiety. The floor nurses are amazing and the CNA's were just as amazing. Attentive, friendly and as helpful as they can be, considering they are understaffed. I believe they need 2 more extra CNA's per hallway. When you only have 1 or 2 and there are 4 call lights on, the residents have to sometimes wait way to long for assistance. Also shout out to Melanie and her PT staff! Thank you Marquis for taking care of mom and getting her started on the road to recovery.
Clean and beautiful. Wonderful and friendly staff. Good food. My parent received excellent care.
