I just got here this evening from the hospital after knee replacement surgery. I have been waiting over 2 hours for pain meds and hear all kinds of excuses as to why the nurse hasn't even come in! Great first impressions! Not!! This is really really ridiculous!! Being a retired nurse, I know that the have an emergency box where they can get the med from. My mom came to Marquis Plaza Regency for rehab after a 10 day stay in the hospital. From the very beginning with the Admission team at the facility, the nursing staff, the CNAs, rehab, dietary, and housekeeping they were excellent in customer service. Henry Le the PA was also fantastic. Mom could not say enough about the wonderful care she received here. She definitely had her favorites, but loved them all. Thank you for all you do!
Because of the negligent care received by the staff, my husband has been unable to walk since April 27,2025. They did not attend to his heel which only needed a small bandage and the large truvue boots while in bed and caused a small blister to fester into a large wound that has now caused him to be home bound with 3 wound care nurses coming to the home for treatment. I had to remove him from the care of this facility early because of un proper supervision. Also because no one removed his stitches that was put in by surgery ... read more
