Money centric and careless attitude towards existing residents are first thing comes to mind when someone talks to me about Marquees at westhiemer. no matter how clean you keep your apartment they will find one or another reason to pick your pocket. If they got nothing against you then they will come with there master strock i.e. There was some sort of smell in the apartment (very funny), god must have given them a special nose or may be a smelly nose who knows. I have lived here going on two years. My fiancé moved in with me after he came home from serving the country. We both love the complex. It is very quiet and the staff makes sure that the property stays clean. I referred my best friend from college to the complex and he moved in right away at a good deal and really loves the place. I have lived here for 6 months and absolutely love it! The complex is quiet but located in a prime location. Maintenance is fast and very polite. My neighbors are extremely friendly! The resident events are always fun and I get to meet the people living around me. You can not pass up location and peace of mind! The office staff is helpful and kind too!
I love living here its nice and safe and all the stores are close by.
I wish there is a way to give negative points. They have deducted 75$ extra each month for last 7 months even though I had a valid renter's insurance as one of "THEIR" employee put the wrong end date to my renter's insurance on their system. When I got to know about it more than a month ago, I have been asking for the refund and they are NOT responding at all and outright denying that this is THEIR FAULT. WORST experience so far. I thought this is a reputed community but unfortunately they are not.
