RecommendedMy partner and I had to move to Atlanta in two weeks. We signed a lease with Marquis Midtown West, sight unseen and just read a lot of reviews. We are extremely happy with the decision and have now lived here for almost two years and signed another lease. The management is wonderful (Director, assistants, ground crew, etc.) They are always willing to help their residents and make this location "home." The location is great as well. HORRIBLE SERVICE! The staff has YET to follow up with me after charging me $255 for an application and NEVER got back to me about my move in date. I am moving from out of town so I can't just go to the office, but I will NEVER move there. If you can't handle my needs this early on why would I sign up for 12 months of this foolishness. I hope they follow up soon, if not I'll be taking legal action.
The opens late a lot we have to ask for it to be open . We got swim maybe no even hour before we got ask to get out because it look like it was going to storm first of all we are all grown a know when we need to get out of the pool . We have been ask to get out of the at 8 at night before the pool don't close until 10 and sometimes there is people in the until 11 at night . If we are going pay 1200 to live here we need to be treated better when it comes to the pool. The Pool been close all day
Has anyone had an issue with doormat being stolen? Tonight they have taken a second one. It's annoying!
