I have loved living at Castle Arms and the Marquis Management team is wonderful. I haven't had many issues w/ my apartment in my 2 years living here but whenever there has been something - an issue with the garbage disposal for example - they have dealt with it immediately. Service requests have always been fulfilled in less than 24 hours which is pretty amazing. I'd highly, highly recommend renting from them.
